THE U.S. DOMESTIC VIDEOS, 2019 TO 2023

Not every PURSUE video is from overseas. Release 02 includes infrared clips that AARO assesses were recorded in the Northern Command area, the U.S. homeland, between 2019 and 2023, several tied to numbered intelligence reports. Here is what each shows, how they relate to the Lake Huron and Tyndall clips, and where the set sits in the record Umbra indexes.

THE CLIPS

PR086 is titled "UAP from Dec 2019 (East Coast)," 34 seconds, uploaded in September 2020: the sensor tracks an area of contrast, switches contrast modes, and loses it at 0:24. PR069, titled "F/A-18 FLIR UAP," is from 2022 and 29 seconds long; a reticle surrounds the area of contrast at 0:14 and loses its track at 0:27. PR073 is titled for an intelligence report on "several unidentified aerial phenomena encountered in the vicinity of Columbus OH" in November 2022, 1 minute 28 seconds: the sensor centers a small area of contrast, at 0:38 the sensor's orientation makes it appear to rotate, and a second area enters from the top between 0:42 and 1:14. PR068 is titled for a 20 January 2023 capture by a fifth generation aircraft: a 63-second track with a second area of contrast visible at 0:48.

THE EGLIN CLIP

PR070 is titled for an intelligence report that "Eglin AFB aircrew observed" unidentified aerial phenomena on 13 February 2023, the day after the Lake Huron event. The 30-second clip, uploaded in March 2023, shows the sensor keeping an area of contrast centered while cycling contrast modes, and at 0:22 the contrast loses distinctiveness against the background. The titles of PR068, PR070 and PR073 carry numbered \"IIR\" references, short for intelligence information report.

A 2026 ARMY CLIP

The one non-Release 02 clip on this page is DOW-UAP-PR049, from the first release (May 8, 2026): a 1 minute 49 second infrared video submitted by the Department of the Army, with no oral or written description from the reporter. The sensor tracks an initial area of interest, then two areas of contrast, and between 1:04 and 1:08 it cycles rapidly through zoom levels, which makes the areas appear to grow and shrink quickly. AARO lists the location only as North America.

WHY THE PROVENANCE IS FLAGGED

Release 02 carried a different kind of material from the first release. On March 6, 2026, eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives asked for access to 51 potentially UAP-related records said to be held by the Department of War and the intelligence community. AARO found responsive material on a classified network and notes that much of it lacks a documented chain of custody, so the clips are presented as received and the titles on them are the uploaders' own, not the government's.

WHERE IT SITS IN THE RECORD

Together with the Lake Huron video and the Tyndall Coast Guard clips, these are the clips in Release 02 that AARO places in the United States or its approaches. Umbra plays each with AARO's full description.
